As the Chief Strategy Officer for Cruise Saudi, Ghassan Khan brings more than 23 years of professional experience in banking, consulting, and entertainment. In these sectors he has led the end-to-end management of complex change management initiatives, strategic planning, organizational capacity-building, program governance, and information technology.

After starting his career in management consulting in the United States, Ghassan has overseen transformational programs for several financial institutions, such as, the National Commercial Bank, Bank Al-Jazira, and NCB Capital.

Ghassan also served at the Economic Cities and Special Zones Authority as the City Development Director for King Abdullah Economic City where he supervised the development of several key socio-economic initiatives, such as, King Abdullah Port amongst others.

Most recently, he was the Chief Strategy and VRO Officer at the General Entertainment Authority, where he played a key role in establishing programs designed to develop the local entertainment sector. He was also instrumental in leading several initiatives related to Riyadh, Jeddah, Ramadan, and National Day seasons.

Ghassan holds an MBA & BSc in Chemical Engineering from Colorado State University, and an MSc in Information Systems from the University of Colorado.
