With over 25 years of experience in leading attractions development and operations, Damien Latham has been the Chief Attractions Officer at SEVEN Saudi Entertainment Ventures since 2019.

Now in his 15th year in the region, Prior to his role at Seven Latham was Chief Executive Officer at Emaar Entertainment driving the growth of REEL Cinemas and their attractions businesses including Dubai Mall Aquarium, Dubai Opera, Kidzania and there FECs.

Prior to Emaar Latham spent 9 years with Majid Al Futtaim, he was the Chief Executive Officer Leisure & Entertainment, overseeing three business verticals, covering 50 entities across 10 countries, managing unique leisure attractions such as Ski Dubai, Ski Egypt, Wahooo Waterpark and the famous Magic Planet family entertainment centres where he was responsible for the development of 32 family entertainment centres across the MENA. Also adding specialty retail as a business vertical by introducing the Lego store franchise to the region.
In the UK, Damien worked as Leisure Services Manager at Center Parcs resorts for 14 years again with a multi-disciplined focus in Waterpark parks, Adventure centres, luxury spas through to upscale F&B.

Damien has a RMC Diploma in Leisure Management and is the Chairman of the World Waterpark Association.
